Segway Tours WA and Rottnest Express have teamed up to lead you on an exciting adventure of Rottnest discoveries.

Segways look rather exotic but they’re easy to ride: you’ll quickly be on your way to some otherwise hard-to-reach corners of Western Australia’s iconic island getaway.

The 90-minute off-road Fortress Adventure tour takes you to Rottnest’s WWII gun emplacements, stunning Bickley Bay and through to Henrietta Rocks, where you can spy shipwrecks at low tide.

The 60-minute Settlement Explorer tour takes you through the original settlement and beyond to see Bathurst Lighthouse, the famous Basin swimming area and some picturesque coastal vistas.

Really friendly, efficient and professional staff. Great experience from booking at the kiosk at Barrack Street jetty in Perth to disembarkation at the end of the day. We did the premium package, where the crew laid on a great spread with good coffee in the morning, and fab nibbles with wine tasting on the return. As we weren't renting bikes, the 90 min bus highlights tour with Larry driving and Malcolm giving really interesting and informative commentary (with a few groaners of jokes lol), was really worth it. Great value for money and highly recommend

Fast & efficient Ferry service. Very professional staff. Safety focus. Parked in all day garage near perth electric bike; hired e-bike for day. Only 5 min pedal to Rottnest Ferry B-Shed. After only 30 min ferry ride, I was biking on the Island. Repeat reverse on return. Whole experience was very convenient & efficient.
