Very smooth thirty minutes ride on the ferry to Rottnest Island, barring a few bumps along the way. Seats were comfy and you could grab drinks inside. We sat outside where it was nice and breezy. Loved that they also provide pickup service from the hotel. I was staying in a hotel in Freo which is a short walk from B Shed, but it was very nice to be picked up. Also, plus points for allowing change of time after ticket purchase. I had my return trip moved forward.

From Fremantle Station, walking distance less than 10 minutes ( turning right from train station) heading to Victoria Quay. Better arrive 15 minutes early, long queue but fast (ferry on time). At Rottnest Island, direct pick up/ return at ferry for the bicycle.

We had a wonderful experience with the Rottnest Island ferry service! We took the ferry from Northport to Rottnest Island and had an amazing day filled with lots of fun. On our return journey, we accidentally got off at Victoria Quay instead of Northport, where we had parked our cars. We were quite worried about how we were going to get back, but thankfully, Angus came to our rescue. He was extremely helpful, kind, and went out of his way to assist us in getting back to Northport safely to collect our cars. A huge thank you to Angus for his outstanding service and genuine willingness to help. His assistance really made a difference and turned what could have been a stressful end to our trip into a very positive experience. Highly recommend the ferry service, and special thanks once again to Angus for taking such great care of us! โญโญโญโญโญ

We did the bus tour with Katie, followed by a bike tour, and it was a wonderful experience! The bus tour with Katie was especially enjoyable. She taught us so much about the island in a very accessible and engaging way, with plenty of funny little side notes along the way. Her enthusiasm and storytelling made the tour even more special. It was truly marvelous, and we would definitely recommend this experience!

Did the Rottnest Express tour with Katie from Somerset and driver Simon. Very informative tour, obviously scripted but Katie โ€˜owned itโ€™ by including her own personality and comments. She was extremely knowledgeable and was great at the halfway stage when identifying/ spotting whales breaching, NZ fur seals and dolphins. Great!

We prebooked ticket, which was good, the ferry was full. Well organized though and friendly team. The only downside: the quality of the rental bikes are questionable...they work, but it doesn't feel great.

These guys are great and their ferries are first rate. It is about a 12 mile crossing and the seas were flat as on the way over, but not the same on the way back! Some little kid decided to hurl on the way back and the smell in the confined space was a bit ordinary. A woman close by went into her handbag and found some cologne - instant relief. She deserves today's medal for bravery. These guys are great and a small incident aside (not their fault!), this was awesome

Our online booking didn't allow us to choose a return time from the island back to Fremantle. However when we asked at the 'office' at Freemantle the lovely lady was able to change times to fit with our tight schedule. We thank her for that as it made our day so much less stressful. The bus tour with commentary was brilliant. Larry & Holly make a great team. Holly is brilliant - great source of information, clear & easily understood delivery, great sense of humor, not to mention her 'Dad' jokes. Thanks heaps both of you, the highlight of our day.

We travelled from North Port due to works currently at BShed. I can not fault the service I received, even when the weather caused cancellations.. The staff were friendly & helpful, the facilities were nice an clean. Quick 30 min trip, with a full boat, little bumpy as advised and then we were there. Rottnest was just beautiful, the weather was lovely, the scenery, the food, the people, and not to forget those cute little quokka's, just ๐Ÿ‘Œ what the soul needed for a quick R&R. We virtually had the boat to ourselves on our calm trip back to NPT, and I can't wait to do it again, till next time ๐Ÿ™‚
